Athletics Ticket Information

SWISD Community,

SWISD Athletics thanks you for your support during these challenging times. As our fall seasons begin, we are sharing the new ticketing policy we will be introducing this year to ensure the safest environment for our students and fans. In doing so, we will be adopting a cashless, contactless plan for ticketing. Furthermore, we will be adhering to the UIL recommendations on attendance, thus seating will be very limited. Below you can find the new guidelines and ticketing information.

Safety Protocols for all fans;

• All fans must self-screen before entering the gym or stadium.
• All fans are required to wear a mask (UIL rule).
• All fans are required to social distance by household. (Should fans not adhere to masks and social distancing, administrators can stop the game and clear stands with no refunds).
• Concessions stands will not be available at all Sub-Varsity football and all Volleyball games at this time. There may be a limited menu and procedures for Varsity football games.
• Restrooms will be cleaned often throughout contests. Bleachers in gyms will be sanitized after games.

• Tickets will be bought online at the SWISD Athletics website. Links to buy tickets will also be sent out via coaches, social media and the District site as well for each game.
• We will NOT accept any passes.
• There will be a limit on the amount of tickets that can be sold in order to allow for social distancing.
• Ticket prices will remain the same in most cases but will not go up.
• Each participant’s family will have first opportunity to buy 4 tickets using their participant’s ID# when buying tickets.

Middle School Football and Volleyball Tickets

• All tickets will be sold online.
• Ticket prices are $2 for everyone.
• Each participant is allowed 4 tickets only.

• SWISD Athletics is working hard to stream all games to include middle school, sub-varsity and varsity. We will use both YouTube for most home games played in our gyms and NFHS Network for away games and home games played outside.
• To watch on NFHS Network families will need to buy a monthly subscription for $10 a month or a yearly subscription for $70 a month. You can stream NFHS and YouTube on your television at home or your phone with most streaming devices.
• SWISD Athletics will work with our communications staff, coaches, and administration to share the YouTube or NFHS link via social media as soon as they are available each week.
