PLACE: Southwest HS Athletic Facilities & SW Legacy HS Athletic FacilitIes

TIME:

  • ●  Monday - Thursday

  • ●  8 to 10:30 a.m

  • ●  Beginning Monday, June 8, 2020.

○ CLOSED ON UIL DEAD DATES: 7/7/-7/8/20 & 7/20-7/21

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:

● All athletes will be required to bring their own water and towel. No sharing will be allowed. We recommend you bring your own gallon jug.

WHO MAY ATTEND:

  • ●  Athletes will be grouped in a 1 coach to 10 athletes and will NOT mix with other

    groups.

  • ●  PHASE I: All incoming 10-12 athletes in football, volleyball, cross country, and tennis.

    Outdoor conditioning only.

    • ○  PHASE I A: No sport-specific skills (week 1).

    • ○  PHASE I B: Begin sport-specific skills (week 2).

  • ●  PHASE II: Participants to be determined. Incorporate weight room activities and sport-specific skills.

  • ●  PHASE III: Additional participants, sites, and activities to be determined.

  • ●  All athletes attending must have a current (2019-2020) physical on file. If you do not,

    must bring physical day 1.

  • ●  Athletes with Asthma, must have an asthma action plan on file and bring their inhaler to

    have on their person at all times.

  • ●  Only the athlete participating will be allowed to attend.

  • ●  School transportation will not be provided.

    DAILY REQUIREMENTS:

  • ●  Students will arrive at pre-determined and assigned check-in, do not leave your vehicle until check-in is complete. If a student is driving him/her self, they must go through vehicle check-in prior to parking and exiting vehicles.

  • ●  Students will answer the SWISD Strength and Conditioning Check-in Sheet and provide to the coach they are assigned. If a student answers yes to any question, he/she will not be allowed to stay and will fall under precautions listed at the reference portion of this document.

  • ●  Students will report to the designated site, maintaining all social distancing requirements.
