Due to the increased Industry belt enhancements that cut through the middle of our school district including businesses such as North Park Toyota, Toyota ManufacturingMaruchan NoodleUnion Pacific Model, and Schlumberger Oil, our property values continue to rise and thus our state contributions will continue to decline.

Implications for Taxpayers are as follows:

Property tax rates in 2017 and 2018 were;
$1.473 per 100 value.
If voters approve the 2018, $75 M Bond, the new tax rate will 
be  $1.473 per 100  value.
